I am so grateful for Mark and his company for getting us financed on the spot after giving me the estimate when we were turned down and ghosted by others! He answered all of my questions and the crew was awesome! They came in and got the job done just in time before the rain lol. They too answered our questions when we came out and asked. Mark and his team were very quick and helpful to inspect a property in Lewisville. They were very professional and provided us with a very detailed report with photos. They gave us a very reasonable quote for encapsulating the crawl space, treating the mold and repairing a structure crack on the home.
We had a second local company come out and found that their quote did not have the same value of repairs but the quote was much higher.
